So I had an old late 1970's dresser out at the curb for 4days. No takers. I posted it on Craigslist today and it was gone in 2 hours. That's the power of the internet. I left to grab breakfast and on the way back in the neighborhood I saw on old man picking up a headboard from the beginning of the complex. I thought to myself "finally the big ugly thing is off my lawn and before the H.O.A. fine came." (side note we get fined if the grass is over 3 inches) The guy had a truck full of furniture. I bet he has a well to do store somewhere full of our "garbage". Good for him. I am thankful for the people that can reduce reuse and recycle. I don't mind people that have been picking thru our garbage for the last 8 years. It eases my guilt that I can't be bothered to take our soda cans out to the recycle bin.
